LOGIN AND REGISTRATION

There are two possibilities as to why you are unable to log into the system:

  1. Your user account has not been activated yet. Once you have registered your user account successfully, an email will be sent to your registered email address for verification purposes. You need to click on the activation link in the email to verify and activate your account. Once activated you will be able to log in with the email address and password provided during registration. If you did not receive an activation email, you can contact us to activate the account manually.
  2. The email address and/or password entered does not exist or is incorrect. There are two options to resolve this problem:
    1. Reset your password by following the steps outlined under I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
    2. Register the account by clicking on the Register for free option in the sidebar.
      • If the email address provided already exists, you will get an error message to this extent when completing the registration process.
      • Should this be the case, then the problem is that either the account has not been activated as yet or the password supplied is incorrect. Follow the steps above to resolve the issue.
      • Should you have exhausted all options above and still have problems logging in, you can contact us to for assistance.

There are various options available to change your password:

If you know your current password:

Option 1

  1. Log in to the system with your current password.
  2. Click on your Name in top right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on Change Password.
  4. Supply your current password and new password.
  5. Click on Submit to complete the process.

Option 2

  1. Log in to the system with your current password.
  2. Navigate to your user profile by clicking on User Profile in the sidebar or by clicking on your Name in top right-hand side of the screen and then on Profile.
  3. On the User Profile screen, click on Change Password.
  4. Supply your current password and new password.
  5. Click on Submit to complete the process.

If you have forgotten your current password.

  1. Before logging into the system, click on Sign in.
  2. On the Sign In screen, click on I forgot my password.
  3. Supply your registered email address and complete the CAPTCHA challenge.
  4. Click on Reset Password to complete the process.
  5. An email with your new password will be sent to your registered email address, which should be used to log into the system.
  6. Follow the steps as outlined in Option 1 and 2 above to change your password.

 

  1. Before logging into the system, click on Sign in.
  2. On the Sign In screen, click on I forgot my password.
  3. Supply your registered email address and complete the CAPTCHA challenge.
  4. Click on Reset Password to complete the process.
  5. An email with your new password will be sent to your registered email address, which should be used to log into the system.
  6. Follow the steps detailed under How do I change my password? to change your password.
